Microsoft delivers most of its business through the "channel" of Business Partners. There are three tiers in the programme and GOLD CERTIFIED is the highest level.
Gold Certified Partners "represent the highest level of competence and expertise with Microsoft technologies, and have the closest working relationship with Microsoft"
To achieve this level a business must demonstrate compentency in one or more specialisms through passing Microsoft examinations and successful customer referrals relating to work carried out in that specialism. Software Generation has achieved this in in several competencies
In addition we had to achieve a very high customer satisfaction rating in a survey by a third party company appointed by Microsoft. In November 2005 this was measured at 97% which put Software Generation well within the top 25% of all Microsoft Partners in the UK.
This accreditation means that we have direct access to key Micosoft support staff and evaluation software. We are now able to offer out clients the highest level of support and guidance on Microsoft products, particularly in relation to SME's. |
