We deliver quality training for up to ten delegates at a time. We are the only Microsoft accredited training centre on Merseyside and we pride ourselves on the quality of our courses.
We will do everything we can to ensure that you gain the best outcome from your training. Where possible we will tailor courses to meet individual needs and delegates are encouraged to ask questions. If necessary our trainers will use break or lunch times to give personal guidance.
We have a training centre in Wavertree Technology Park, Liverpool, or we can deliver the training on your own premises. If you do not have suitable equipment then we have two portable classrooms (laptops) which we can bring with us.
Types of courses
We offer three types of course:-
Public: where the delegates come from different companies and the course content is generally fixed beforehand.
Closed: where all the delegates come from the same company and the course content can be modified to fit the needs of the delegates.
Customised: Used to support a rollout of software with specifically designed content and materials.
Our Trainers
Our trainers are Microsoft Certified which means that they have passed their Microsoft technical exams AND they have satisfied Microsoft as to their training ability.
Microsoft monitors our delegate feedback and requires trainers to meet a minimum standard to retain their accreditation.
Delegates on Microsoft courses will receive a Microsoft Attendance certificate. All courses include refreshments and lunch unless otherwise stated. We have plenty of free car parking
