We are a Prometric Testing Centre and you can take your exams most days of the working week. We have six testing stations and you can book a test using the Prometirc online service - we do not take any bookings ourselves.
When you arrive you will be asked to identify yourself according to Prometric regulations. For this you will need TWO forms of identification. Both must have your signature and one MUST have a picture of you. Most people use a driving licence or passport for this. You will have to sign a terms and conditions form.
You will not be allowed to take anything into the test room. You will be required to empty pockets and we will provide you with a secure locker and give you the getuntil after the exam is completed. This includes keys; glasses cases; drinks; coats and anything else we may require.
During the exam you may request the adminitrator to use the toilet. You will be escorted from the exam and you will have to sign the register to show the time at which this took place. We are required to inform Prometric.
Your exam will be taken in a room of PC workstations and you will be provided with a special pen and two re-usable sheets of "paper". These are specified by Prometric and must be returned at the end of the test. You may not make any notes of any kind other than on those two pages.
You will be under camera surveillance and, from time to time, an administrator may enter the room to observe you or another candidate.
